THE LIP GAME -2 (Ombre lips)

Today we'd talk about putting those lipsticks to work.  Like I said in my previous post, choosing a lipstick must not be a problem and of course these lipsticks must make you look good not just using them for the sake of using them. Friends mostly have problems with lipsticks not because they are not bright or cool or glossy or matte enough but because they feel they look weird when they apply it. Choosing one colour for your lips ain't bad at all and of course choosing different colours on different days ain't bad either. But have you thought of blending several colours to look good?  Well using lipsticks are like cooking. You can come up with several methods to make it look good. And yes Ombre is one.

Ombre lips is two or more lipstick colours blended so that they are fused and faded into one another on the lips. For most ombre lips, darker colours are used at the edges and is faded into a light colour in the  middle part of the lips. The brain behind  ombre is that it creates the illusion of colours so one might end up staring and wondering what colour is on your lips. Also ombre shows the intensity of wherether light or dark the colour is. 

Ombre lips are not difficult to create. All you need is a darker shade of your favorite colour of lipstick at the edges of your lips and a lighter colour at the middle of the lips. You may choose to gloss it up if it looks less glossy or blend matte colours and that is sexy too. Ombre works with any kind of lip shape and also any kind of lipstick. Give it a try.
